hey, by English lessens we read the book Boy of Roald Dahl, On Pages 30 is the recipe of Liquorise Bootlaces.
What do you need?
1000 rats bones
2 poles
2 men
fire
1 huge shiny steel cauldron
1 cruncher
1 steam-roller
The instructions
- Dump all the rats bones into a huge shiny steel cauldron.
- Boil them for about 3 or 4 hours.
- 2 men stir the bubbling cauldron with long poles.
- At the end you have a thick steaming rat-stew.
- After that, put a cruncher is lowered into the cauldron to crunch the rat bones.
- What is left is a pulpy substance called rat-match.
- The 2 men put their wellington boots on.
- The 2 men climb into the cauldron and shovel the hot rat-mash out on to a concrete floor.
- The 2 men run with the steam-roller over it several times to flatten it out.
- Wait for it to cool and to harden.
- When it’s hardened, then cut it up into strips to make the bootlaces.
Hi It looks like a very good blog. Something to improve on is the video. There is no comment on how it is related to school. Maybe some more widgets.
